"She isn't even an acquaintance anymore."＝「彼女はもう知り合いでもありません。」
「一般の客と店員の関係」という説明をする場合は：
"Our relationship is just that of a normal customer and a store staff."

I wouldn't say we are even casual friends now, she/he is just someone I know from the store.
「知り合い」は英語で acquaintance と言いますが、お客さんと店員の関係にあるなら、この関係も acquaintance と言えるので、下のように言うのはどうでしょうか？
ーI have no connection with her/him at all anymore, other than a business one.
「仕事の関係以外で、彼女/彼とはもう全然つながりがない」
have no connection with ... at all anymore で「…とはもう全くつながり・接点はない」と言えます。
other than で「〜以外で」
ーI wouldn't say we are even casual friends now, she/he is just someone I know from the store.
「彼女/彼はお店の知っている人で、もう形だけの友人とも呼ばない。」
casual friends で「形だけの友人・顔を合わせる程度の友達」
