「行」は「line」で、「列」は「column」といいます。

In this line it says 〜, and on the line below that it says 〜.
この行に〜と書いてあって、その下の行で〜と書いてある。

日本語で「その」を使うので、英語でも「その・それ」とは何かを言わないと通じません。
だから、「その下の行に」は「In the line below that (one)」ですが、「one」は違う名詞に変更することもできます。
