ながら食いって英語でなんて言うの？

「ながら食い」は「何かをしながら食べること」ですが、「食べながら何かをする」ことでもあるので、やはり自然なのは ~ while eating ですね。Walking while eating.「食べ歩き」という使い方をするように、「食べながらスマホをいじること」は Using / playing with / looking at one's smartphone while eating. で言えます。 Recently I've noticed that lots of people are looking at their smartphones while eating. で「最近食べながらスマフォを見ている人が多い気がします」となります。 ちなみに、「スマフォをいじってばかりいる」ことを言うのに、be glued to one's smartphone という表現がます。（糊づけされたかのように）夢中になっている様子です。He's always glued to his smartphone. という使い方です。
