アプリから入金出来ますが現金を引き出すことはできませんって英語でなんて言うの？

解りやすく下の３表現してみました。 Using this application, you can deposit money but can't withdraw it. このアプリを使用すれば、入金はできますが、引き出すことはできません。 Using this application, money can be deposited but never withdrawn. このアプリを使用すれば、入金は可能ですが、引き出しは不可能です。 Using this application enables you to deposit money but refuses you the withdrawal. このアプリを使用すれば入金はできますが、引き出しには対応しません。 refuse拒否するという動詞です。
