部活を一週間停止します。は直訳的にclub activities will be suspended for one weekになりますが、
suspendedは少しだけ、素行不良で停止を受けた。と言うニュアンスの含まれている場合が多いです。
ですので、cancelled for one week (１週間中止されている、キャンセルされている)やtemporarily suspended for one week (一時的に１週間停止されている）の方がいいと思います。
