The employees have to stay home and self-isolate while they are suspected of being infected with the coronavirus, including their family members. （従業員は、家族を含め、コロナウイルスに感染している疑いがある間、家にいて自己隔離する必要があります。） 上記のような言い方でどうでしょうか？ suspect は「疑う」という動詞になります。 参考になれば幸いです。
