巻き爪ではないです。ジョギングし過ぎ？によりダメージを受けて一部剥がれかけた親指の爪が、すぐ横の皮膚に食い込んで来てるんです(←剥がれかけの爪は皮膚に沿って丸まらずに平らになるからです)。
痛いのでそろそろ歩行に支障が出ています。
