他に自然な言い方を記載しました。overseasもforeignもOKですね。調べてみたんですが、こう言う場合でsellよりresellの方が使われていますね。１回目の販売は工場がしたことだからですね。
resell to domestic customersも, domestic resaleのどちらでも使えます。また、productsの代わりに輸入しているものの名前を使えますね。

相手に書いた文章と言ったら、通じるはずが、文法的に「importing」より「imports」の方が正しい気がします。確かに、両方単語は名詞として使えますが、自然な言葉として「imports」が良いと思います。
そうすると、「I manage imports from overseas factories and sell to domestic customers.」になります。
別の言い方を使いたいなら、「I manage the import of goods made overseas, then sell them within Japan.」と言えます。「import of goods made overseas」は「海外工場から輸入して」を表します。「goods」は複数なので、「import」は「s」無くなります。
「then sell them within Japan」は「輸入したら、（日本）国内客先へ販売する」を表します。
上記の２つの英文は同じ内容を表しますので、よかったら、どちらでも使ってみてください。
