〜の人の場合はって英語でなんて言うの？

「○○の場合」は英語で「in the case of ○○」と言います。○○のところ、名詞（具体的に女の子とか男の人とか高齢者）を付けます。 レッスン中にカメラをオフするという場面で、 In the case for women they turn off their cameras because they're embarrassed they're not wearing make up. 「女の人の場合、メイクしてなくて恥ずかしいので、カメラをオフする」 In the case for elderly they turn off their cameras because they're not used to showing their face. 「年寄の場合、自分の顔を映ること慣れてないので、カメラをオフする」

In the case of ～ For people who ～ 「〜の人の場合は」は英語で **“In the case of ～”** や **“For people who ～”** と言います。 **In the case of ～** は「〜の場合は」「〜のケースでは」という意味で、やや説明的・論理的な響きがあります。 一方で、日常会話では少し硬く聞こえることもあるため、より自然に話したいときは **For people who ～** を使う方がよいでしょう。
