上の文章は現在形で書きましたので、将来について話す時にI'mをI will beに変えないといけません。
例文：I'll be out of the office from April 30th to May 9th, so I will contact you after May 10th. (4/30～5/9まで長期休暇なので、5/10以降に連絡いたします。)
