「多分彼女はいないと思います」は次のように言えます。
ーI don't think he does.
「いないと思うよ」
ーI'm pretty sure he doesn't.
＊こちらの言い方は、ほぼいないと確信しています。
例：
A: Does Tomoyuki have a girlfriend?
「智幸さんは彼女いますか？」
B: I'm pretty sure he doesn't.
「いないはずだよ」
