I personally don't want to get the coronavirus vaccine. The reason being is that there are still (a lot of) safety issues/safety concerns surrounding the vaccineも大丈夫です。

例：
Personally, I don't want to have the COVID vaccination because we still don't know if it's safe or not.

We don't know how safe it is.「どれだけ安全かわからない」
を使って表現すると良いでしょう。
