右から３番目の人、もう少し左に動いてください！って英語でなんて言うの？

「右から3番目の人」は、third person from the rightです。
左から二人目だったら、second person from the left となります。

左に動く、ということなので、to the left です。
前置詞のtoは「～に向かって行く」イメージです。
時間でも場所でも、同じように使えます。

もうちょっと、もう少し、は a little more でこれもよく使う便利な表現です。

I need a little more time.　もうちょっと時間がかかります（必要です）。

Add a little more salt to the meat.　お肉にもう少し塩を足してください。

など。
