希望していなければって英語でなんて言うの？

相手側が打合せを希望していなければ、弊社は打合せをしなくて大丈夫です - If they don't want to have a meeting, then we don't have to have one. 他人（第三者）に言うなら上記の文章で大丈夫ですが、第三者や他人ではなく、向こうの会社直接にいうなら If you don't want to have a meeting, then we don't have to/need to have one がいいと思います。 If you don't require a meeting, then we don't have to have one もいいと思います。こちらの方がフォーマルです。
