zipper はジッパー(チャック)全般のことですが
fly はズボンのジッパーだけを指します。
また、 XYZ という面白い言い方もあります。
これは examine your zipper「チャックをよく見ろ」の略で
チャックが開いている時に子供が言うのをよく聞きます。
数えられないほどたくさんの言い方はありますが、この2つは定番と思います。そして、少し遠回しの言い方なので相手には傷付けません。
