あと4年で何か起こるかな。って英語でなんて言うの？

アメリカ人の友人と結婚について話しています。
「できれば30歳までに結婚したい。あと4年で何か起こるかな。笑」と言いたい場合、どのような表現になりますか？

「あと４年で何か起こるかな。」をI wonder if something will happen in the next for yearsに訳せます。「起こる」はhappenとかcome aboutなどです。そして、「あと４年で」はin the next four yearsと言えます。in 4 yearsだけにも訳せると思いますが、意味がちょっと代わります。in 4 yearsは「今日から４年経って」という「４年の間」の意味がありません。

I wonder what will happen で「何が起こるだろうか」
over the next ○ years で「今後○年で」

ーI wonder how life will be four years from now.
「４年後どんな人生になっているだろう」
○ years  from now で「○年後」

例：
If I can, I'd like to be married by the time I'm thirty.  I wonder if this will happen over the next four years.
「できるなら30歳までに結婚したい。今後４年で何か起こるだろう」
この場合は I wonder if this will happen over the next four years. のように「今後４年でこれ（30までに結婚すること）が起こるだろか」と言うと良いでしょう。

・in the next four years / over the next four years
