  "the sunlight" 「日差し」
  "isn't too hot" 「暑すぎず」
  "it's just right" 「ちょうどよかった」"the temperature is just right" 「気温はちょうどよかった」も使えます。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThe sunshine wasn't too strong and it wasn't that hot either, it was just right.
「日差しは強すぎず、暑すぎず、ちょうど良かった」
日差しは the sunshine の代わりに the sun rays とも言えます。
