友達から誘いをうけた。って英語でなんて言うの？

友達から誘いを受けた。
My friend invited me.
または、
それを受け身文にして、
I was invited by my friend.
と言えます。

また、「行けます」はI can go.
「行けません」はI can't go.
または、もう少し丁寧にI'm sorry I can't go「すみません、いけません」
のように言っても良いですね(^^♪

「友達から誘いを受けた」は
ーMy friend invited me to ...
ーMy friend asked me to come to ...
のように表現できます。

例：
My friend asked me to come to her house on Saturday.
「友達から土曜日に彼女の家に誘いを受けた」

その返事の仕方は次のように言えます。
ーI can come.
「行けます」
ーSorry, but I can't make it this Saturday.
「すみません、土曜は行けないです」
