circumstance「境遇、状況」
there is no such thing as ～「～なんてものは無い」
justifiable「正当化できる」

私も、Violence is never the answer. が自然な表現であると考えます。もし、学校の体罰ということであれば、corporal punishment という表現を取り入れてもよいでしょう。
There is no such thing as good corporal punishment.
とすると、『よい体罰なんてない』と表現することもできますね！
参考になれば幸いです。
「正しい暴力などない」という強いメッセージを伝えるには、There is no such thing as justified violence. という表現がとても自然です。
no such thing as... は「～などというものはない」という強い否定を表します。justified は「正当化された」や「正当な理由のある」という意味で、violence は「暴力」です。
また、体罰を正当化すべきではないという文脈で使う場合は、
Physical punishment can never be justified.
（体罰は決して正当化されない。）
