「服を２〜３枚しか作ったことがない」
two or three pieces of clothing で「服２〜３枚」と言えます。

ーI've only made a few articles of clothing. 
「服を２〜３枚作っただけだ」
a few articles of clothing でも「服２〜３まい」と言えます。

一般的に「服」は英語で「clothing」と言いますが、数えるときに「pieces of clothing」と言います。

「2〜３枚」を言うときに、「around 2 or 3」になります。何の数字でも、「around x or x」と言います。

「作っただけ」の場合では、「(I) made only」と言います。英文は過去形なので、「made」を使います。
