「相手が興味を持つ話をする」って英語でなんて言うの？

相手が興味を持つ話をする- To talk about something that he/she/they will find interesting になります。

シチュエーションによりますが he/she/they の代わりに the other person もいいと思います。

To talk about a topic that the other person will think is interesting も使えます。

上記のfind interesting は「面白いと思う」という意味になります。

E.g.
I found the book very interesting - あの本は面白いと思った。

１分間で相手が興味を持つ話をしなければならない - I have to talk about something that he/she/they will find interesting for 1 minute.

「get interesting story 」は不自然です。
