その場で相手に負けたと臨場感をもって伝えたい場合は、過去形より現在完了が良いと考えます。
We've lost two games of the three.
We've lost all games out of the three.
We've won no games out of the three.

"We won two out of three games." 『三試合中、二試合勝った。』

"We won" は「勝った」という意味で、試合に勝利したことを表します。
"two out of three" は「三試合中二試合」のことです。「out of...」で全体の中のいくつかを示します。
