A lot of people will go to see a psychic or clairvoyant to have their future told. Which is why we can call them 'fortune tellers'. The image of someone in a little room with a crystal ball is a common image for a psychic, clairvoyant or fortune teller.
Someone that is empathic on the other hand is able to 'empathise' with those that have died or passed away. They can feel or sense 'how' a spirit feels or sense an emotion in other people without needing to be told.
There are many different names that can be used but these tend to be the most common. It is all closely related to 'esoteric' practices and 'spiritual' ideas.

To be 'in touch with' something means that you are in communication with something. If you are in touch with your spirituality then you are in communication with the spiritual side of yourself or spiritual beings.

If you have the ability to see ghosts and other spiritual beings then you are able to see and communicate with them.
