「Even if you look anywhere in the world」の代わりに「No matter where you go in the world」＝「世界中にどこに行っても」を言います。
後は、「there isn't easy work」も言えますが、「there's no easy work」の方が自然だと思います。
例文：
A：大変だけど大丈夫か(やっていけるか)？
Even if it's hard, are you okay doing that work?
B：「世界中どこを探しても楽な仕事はないです、だから大丈夫です
No matter where you go in the world, there's no easy work. So, it's okay.
