発送された商品が一年経っても届かないって英語でなんて言うの？
最後にチャットしたときは、コロナで配送が遅れて中国で止まっていると言われました。 発送されていたということは支払いは完了してるはずですよね。ですが一年経っても届きません。確認したら購入履歴も消えていて、確認番号も見れないので配送状況がどうなったか確認することも出来ません。払い戻ししてほしいです。
