英語を話しているとよく唾が飛ぶので気になっちゃいます、って英語でなんて言うの？
慣れていない面が大きいとは思うのですが、日本語より英語で話す方が唾が飛びます。
呼気をより多く使う面もあるでしょうか。
喋ってて落ち着きません…。

to be self-conscious about ... 「…について意識しすぎる」
