最後にその装置を使ったときにって英語でなんて言うの？

at the last timeの使い方を教えてほしいです。最後にその装置を使ったときには「When I used it at the last time」か「at the last time I used it」のどちらが自然な表現でしょうか？

すみませんですが、at the last timeじゃなくて、the last timeの方が自然です。at the last timeは珍しくて特別な場合しか使いません（特に相手の疑問文でat the last timeが現れたら、at the last timeで答えます）。

例文：The last time I used it, there were no problems.
例文：The last time I tried to use it, it didn't turn on.（最後にその装置を使ってみたときに起動できなかった。）
