例えば、mosquito が窓の少し下に止まっていたとします。窓枠内と窓枠外に止まっていた場合の2パターン教えてください。ちなみに私は次のように考えました。
内：Look at around the bottom of the window.
外：Look at a bit under the window.
ネイティブが使う自然な表現を教えて下さい。
Look at the mosquito near the bottom of the window frame.
Look at the mosquito just outside the bottom of the window frame.
ーLook at the mosquito near the bottom of the window frame.
「窓枠の下の方にいる蚊を見て」
窓枠内の下の方にいる場合は near the bottom of the window frame のように言えます。
ーLook at the mosquito just outside the bottom of the window frame.
「窓枠下のすぐ外にいる蚊を見て」
窓枠外にいる場合は just outside the bottom of the window frame のように言えます。
