「前半」＝「the first half」
「不調で」＝「didn't go well」
「後半」＝「the second half」
「充実してた」＝「has been perfect」
「has been perfect」の代わりに「has been going well」と言うのも普通です。
フレーズの前半は過去形で「didn't」を使います。後半の場合では現在完了形の「has been」になります。
