まず、「〜だと思っていたの」と尋ねたいときは、Did you think ...? を使って
Did you think I wouldn't have noticed?
「私が気づいていなかったと思っていたの」
と表現することが出来ます。
また、No way. 「まさか」を文頭にもってきて
No way. You thought I haven't noticed, didn't you?
「まさか、私が気づいてないと思ってた（思ってないよね）」
ということもできます。

（訳）私がそれに気づかないと思ってそれをやったんだよね？
