特に何かがあるわけではないが住みやすい場所ですって英語でなんて言うの？

①　"There is nothing particularly special where I live,"＝「私が住んでいるところは、何か特別なものがあるわけではないのですが」

"but it is a good place to live."＝「でも住むには良い場所です。」

②　"There are no major tourist attractions or anything like that,"＝「大きな観光名所などはありません」

"but it is a convenient place to live."＝「でも住むには便利な場所です。」

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThere's nothing special about the place I live, but it's a nice place to live nonetheless.
「私の住んでいるところは特に何もないけど、それでも住みやすいところです」
nonetheless で「それにもかかわらず」
