「予定に変更がある人は〜さん、〜さん」とメモを書き加えたいのですが、どのように書けばよいでしょうか？
”Those whose schedule has changed are ~san, ~san.”のようなものをイメージしています。
Those whose schedule has changed are ~san and ~san.
The people who have had an adjustment to their schedule are ~san and ~san.
HIKARUさんのおっしゃるように、Those whose schedule has changed are ~san and ~san. と言うことができます。または次のようにも言えます。
ーThe people who have had an adjustment to their schedule are ~san and ~san.
「予定/スケジュールに調整があった人は、〜さんと〜さんです」
have an adjustment to one's schedule で「予定に調整がある」
