もー付き合ってられないって英語でなんて言うの？

以下のどれもでも使えます。お好きな方を試してみてください。
（但し、会話をきっぱりと終わらせてしまうので、使う場面に要注意。）

文頭に「Sorry」を付けておくと、与える印象を（少しだけ）和らげることになります。
↓

Sorry, I can't deal with this.
Sorry, we're done here.
Sorry, this is too much.

「Sorry」の直後に「but」を挿入し、かつ間を置くと、更に柔らかくすることができます。

Sorry, but... I can't deal with this.
Sorry, but... this conversation is over.
Sorry, but... I've had enough.

逆に、感情を抑える必要が特にない場合、「Screw this.」でかなり尖がった印象で会話を終わらせられます。
↓

A: Since carbon elements are bonded to oxygen elements in sputter atmosphere and exhausted as carbon dioxide...（「このとき、炭素元素は、スパッタ雰囲気中の酸素元素と結合し、炭酸ガスとなって排気されるので・・・」）

B: ...Screw this.（「もうたくさんだ。」）

I can't deal with~は〜に付き合ってられないに相当します。

I've had it! はうんざりした時に言うフレーズです。

あなたと話しても無駄ですね、という意味で、It's no use talking to you.　と表現できます。

時間の無駄！ってニュアンスでwaste of timeとも表現できますね。
