譲歩は交渉の一部なので、どちらも使う必要はないですね。
次のように言うと自然で良いと思います。

「私の著作物の使用に関して交渉はしておりません」
do not negotiate the use of ... という言い方で十分だと思います。
ーI do not make any concessions regarding the use of my copyrighted material.
「私の著作物の使用に関してどのような譲歩も行っておりません」
「譲歩する」を使うなら、to make concessions という表現を使うと良いでしょう。
