  • Even though I just ate, I’m already becoming hungry.

I’m becoming hungry. / I’m a little hungry. You’ve just had dinner. Are you already hungry? Didn’t you just eat? Are you going to eat again?

  • I'm just continuously hungry today

  • My appetite is like a bottomless pit today

  • I could eat all day

I'm just continuously hungry today for some reason = 今日はなぜだか常にお腹が空いている My appetite is like a bottomless pit today = 今日の私の食欲は底なし沼のようだ I could eat all day = 一日中食べていられる 質問者さんの求めている答えは既に出ているようだったので、代わりに遊び心のある言い方を足してみました!

  • I just ate but I'm already hungry again.

I just ate 食べたばかり I just ate but 食べたばかりなのに I'm already hungry again. I just ate but I'm already hungry again 食べたばかりなのにもうまたお腹がすいてきた これを言った後、"I'm always hungry!”

  • I'm still hungry even though I just ate.

  • I ate a little while ago but seems I'm already hungry again.

"I'm still hungry even though I just ate."= This is a sentence that you can use to say that you did not feel full after eating and that you are still able to eat something. The word 'still' shows your state of being hungry dd not change from the time you ate. "I ate a little while ago but seems I'm already hungry again."=This sentence will allow you to indicate that there has been some time that has passed since you last ate and you feel hungry again. There is a clear show of time in this sentence compared the first sentence above.
"I'm still hungry even though I just ate."= これは何かを食べたばかりなのに、まだお腹が空いているときに使います。 "I ate a little while ago but seems I'm already hungry again."

  • Its surprising that while I have just eaten, I am already feeling hungry.

  • Its so strange that although I have just eaten, I am already hungry for more food.

If a person has just eaten, he/she is supposed to feel full, unless the food was not enough. Feeling hungry soon after having eaten enough food can be surprising. It can be so strange that one would be compelled to consult a doctor to have this condition examined. The condition could be the result of a medical condition requiring more medical examination. So, you may say: It's surprising that while I have just eaten, I am already feeling hungry. or It's so strange that although I have just eaten, I am already hungry for more food.
It's surprising that while I have just eaten, I am already feeling hungry. It's so strange that although I have just eaten, I am already hungry for more food.

  • I'm hungry even though I just ate!

  • My stomach is like a bottomless pit!

  • I'm so greedy I could eat again already!

We use the phrase 'bottomless pit' to describe the feeling when you could eat so much but you still don't feel full. The real term for this feeling is 'insatiable'. A bottomless pit, is supposed to be a hole that does not have a base to it, no matter how much you fill it up, it will never be full!

  • That meal just didn't fill me up!

  • I can't believe I'm still hungry after just eating!

  • That meal wasn't substantial enough - I'm still hungry!

A 'substantial' meal is a meal that has big portions and will fill you up. If the portions are quite small and you are still hungry after eating, then you can say that the meal 'not substantial enough'. For unusual events or surprises, you can always start your comment with: 'I cant believe.....!' '....the bus is an hour late!' '.....my boss cancelled my holiday!' etc.
