ただ・・・って英語でなんて言うの？

メールを送ってきた相手が、宛先を間違えて送ってきた場合に、カドが立たないように指摘できたらなと思っています。
「メールをありがとうございました。ただ・・・その案件は○○さんが担当だったと思います。」
よろしくお願いします。

person in charge of this matter 「この件の担当者」

ーThanks for contacting me, but I think 〇〇 takes care of things like this.
「ご連絡ありがとうございます。ただ、このようなことは〇〇さんが担当していると思います」
to contact で「連絡する」
to take care of で「処理する・引き受ける」

メールで「ただ」と言いたいなら、英語で「However」と言えます。

「メールをありがとうございました。ただ・・・その案件は○○さんが担当だったと思います」という文章を英語にすると「Thank you very much for your email. However, I believe that regarding this matter, ○○ would be the better person to contact as they are the person in charge.」になります。
