ーI only want to hang on to the things I'm really attached to.
「本当に愛着のあるものだけを持っていたい」
things I'm really attached to で「すごく愛着があるもの」と言えます。

反対の言い方もできます。
ーI think I need to get rid of all the things I'm not really attached to.
「あまり愛着のないものは処分する必要があると思う」
things I'm not really attached to で「あまり愛着のないもの」
