気持ちは負けていない というのは意志が同じくらい強いという意味だと思うので、このように表現してみました。

一般的に「気持ち」は英語で「feelings」と言いますが、この場合では「my feelings will not lose」＝「気持ちは負けてない」はちょっと不自然です。
だから、「I will not lose」＝「私は負けない」を言いましょう。
「I'll definitely not lose.」＝「私は絶対に負けない」もよく言われると思います。
例文：
When running with someone, I will not lose to a young person.
誰かと走って、若い子に気持ちは負けてない。
