例文：添付ファイルのような資料を送付いただけないでしょうか？（仕事のメールで使いたいのですが、ようなは”like”で問題ないのでしょうか。カジュアルすぎるように感じてしまうのですが。）

確かに "like" は場合によってカジュアル過ぎることもありますが、"something like that"（＝「そのようなもの」）というフレーズとして使うのは良いと思います。
"If you could send me the file as an attachment or something like that,"＝「添付ファイル、またはそのようなもので送信して下されば」
"that would be great."＝「素晴らしいです。」
