We'll be able to eat out more often than before.
これまでよりも多く外食できます。
more often than before で「以前よりも頻繁に」と言えます。

My wife has a job now too, so we have more money to eat at restaurants.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーMy wife started working recently, so we can afford to eat out more often.
「最近妻が仕事を始めたので、もっと頻繁に外食ができる」
can afford to で「〜する余裕がある・〜できる」
ーMy wife has a job now too, so we have more money to eat at restaurants.
「妻も仕事に就いたので、外食するお金ができた」
to have more money to ... で「…するためのお金がもっとある」
