傘下に入ったよ。社名はどうなるのかなって英語でなんて言うの？
A企業はB会社の傘下に入ったよ。Bの社名は変わるのかな？と聞きたいです。またこれに伴う関連用語があれば教えてください

「傘下に入ったよ」は英語で「~ is under the umbrella of ~」と言います。もちろん、このままで言っても通じると思います。
しかし、「~ was bought out by ~」の方が普通だと思います。
この場合では、「B was bought out by A.」になります。

under the umbrellaが「傘下」の直訳で当たり前過ぎだと思われますが、実際に使っている表現です！the umbrellaの代わりにthe juridisdictionとかthe powerとかthe titleなども使えます。
例文：The local supermarket came under the umbrella of Seiyu. I wonder if Seiyu will change its name...
