"I'm thinking about ~" 「〜思案中」
"where to get another ear piercing" 「ピアスを耳のどのへんに開けるか」
"where" 「どの辺」
"ear piercing" 「耳のピアス」
"where do you think I should get it?" 「どこがいいと思う？」

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI'm trying to think of which part of my ear I want to have pierced. What do you think?
「耳のどこにピアスの穴を開けようか考えてるところなんだよね。どこがいいと思う？」
I'm trying to think of ... と言うことで、何かを考えて答えを出そうとしていることが言えます。
to have pierced で「穴を開けてもらう」
