この場合、Kyoheiさんの一つ目の英文「She lived in London until 3 years old」は正しいですが、2つ目は少し直しましょう。
そうしたら、「3」の前に「she was」を入れたら、自然になります。
そうすると、「She lived in London until she was three.」になります。

ちなみに、数字の「3」や「three」どっちでも表記できます。
