困っているのは、裁判を起こすか調停にかけるかという問題だって英語でなんて言うの？

裁判を起こすか調停にかけるかどっちにしようか悩んでいる様子。
I can't decide・・でも表現できそうですが、「困っている」という表現を知りたいです。
