「他の国の人たちも私たちと同じだと思うけど、」
例：
It's probably the same in other countries, but people who don't normally follow soccer get all excited about the World Cup.
「他の国でも同じでしょうが、普段サッカーに興味がない人も、W杯に盛り上がります」
to follow で「関心を持つ」
to get excited で「興奮する・盛り上がる」
