「中学生の同級生と数年ぶりに会って飲み会してきた」って英語でなんて言うの？

中学時代の同級生と飲みに行ったんですが、写真をSNSに上げる際に
「中学時代の同級生と数年ぶりに会って飲み会してきた！
こいつらと今でも友達でいられることが嬉しい」と英語で言いたいのですが、
何ていえばよいでしょうか（泣）
飲み会の部分は省いて「数年ぶりに会ってきた」でも大丈夫です。
