4歳から7歳の子供向けって英語でなんて言うの？

英検4級の問題で
story day for children four to seven years old
と出てきました。なぜ文の最後に「old」がつくのか教えてください。

「4歳から7歳の子供[向け](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/60031/)」はDAIKINAさん書いた通り「 for children four to seven years old」で問題ないです。
別の言い方で「aimed for children between the age of 4 and 7」でも使えます。
