①Let's go to dinner. It'll be my treat!
これは食事に行く前に「私がおごるから」ということを明確にしたい時に使えます。
"treat"という単語は動詞で「おごる」という意味もありますが、"my"を付けて名刺で「私のおごり」という意味にもできます。
一番簡単に「私のおごりよ！」というのであれば、ひと言"my treat"だけでも全然通じます。
②Dinner will be on me tonight.
"be on ～"＝「～のおごり」という意味です。
レストランなんかがよくサービスで何かを出してくれる際に "It's on the house(=restaurant)"＝「レストランのおごりです」 と言ったりします。
③Allow me; as a thank you.
これは食後に支払いをする際などに使えます。
伝票が来たところで自ら手にして、「今日はお礼として私が払いますので」というニュアンスで使えるフレーズです。
"Allow me"は「おごる」という意味そのものではありません。色々なシチュエーションで、自分が率先して何かをやります、と相手に伝える際に使えるフレーズです。なのでこのフレーズはジェスチャーありきで使用できるのでご注意ください。
例1）I'll treat you. Let's go to dinner!
treat:(動詞)～をもてなす、ごちそうする
treatには「扱う、治療する」という意味以外にも「ごちそうする、奢る」という意味を持っています。
I'll treat you. Let's go to dinner!
「私はあなたにごちそうします。(奢ります) 夕食に行きましょう！」
例2）It's on me. Why don't we have dinner together?
Why don't we ～しませんか？
直訳すると、なんでしないの？という誤訳をしてしまう日本人の方が多いのですが、Let'sよりもカジュアルな表現で、とてもフレンドリーな表現として使われます。
ご参考になれば幸いです。
まずは、
Can I take you out to dinner? 「お食事行きませんか？」
男性より誘われた場合は90％おごりになります。
言い方としては「食事に連れていかせてもらえますか？」と誘っているので、ここでおごらないと大変なことになります。しかも許可を得ているじてんが紳士っぽいですよね。
次に
Can I buy you dinner? 「食事おごらせてもらえますか？」
これも同様食事に誘う言葉です。すこしカジュアルな言い方です。
最後に
How about dinner? It's on me. 「食事でもどう？ おごりだよ」
すこしチャラい言い方ですが使う人も多くいます。

When you want to show your appreciation to someone by taking them out to dinner as thanks, then you can say:
-Can I treat you to dinner? I want to thank you
-I'd like to take you out to dinner to thank you for (the favor you did for me last month)
お礼として相手（＝you）をご飯に誘うときの表現です：
-Can I treat you to dinner? I want to thank you
ご飯おごらせてください。お礼がしたいんです。
-I'd like to take you out to dinner to thank you for (the favor you did for me last month)
（先月お世話になった）お礼に一緒にご飯でもどうですか。

Dinner is on me "" is of course FIGURATIVE speech no one has spilled anything!
What we are saying is...that we will pay /its my treat/ its a freebie. When you want to show how greatful you are; you may well wish to invite someone to dinner as a token of appreciation/ to show your appreciation for a deed well done;-D
"As a token of my appreciation...why don't we go out to eat? ...dinner is on me!
"Dinner is on me "とはもちろん"FIGURATIVE speech"（比喩的な表現）です、誰も何もこぼしてはいません!
何を言っているかと言うと" we will pay"(私たちが払う）"its my treat"(私のおごり）"its a freebie"(これは無料です）と言う意味になります。
何かにとても喜んでいる時は、感謝の印や、上手く成し遂げたときの感謝の気持ちを表して夕食に招待した時があります;-D
