★ help
〈help A (to) do〉は「A が…するのを助ける」という意味です。to は省略されることが多いです。
★ easily
easily は「容易な」という意味の形容詞 easy の副詞形です。「容易に, 楽々と」という意味ですね。
★ 比較級
英訳例では more easily と比較級を使いました。お酒を飲まなかったときと比べて寝付きが良くなる、ということです。
