「Is this the right way to proceed?」になります。
ビジネスの場面でもよく使われると思います。
もちろん、「right」の代わりに「correct」も使うことが出来ます。
「この進め方で間違っていませんか？」だったら、「Is this not the wrong way forward?」や「Am I doing something wrong?」と言います。
